User Accounts Users may create accounts using: • Email and Password • Phone OTP • Google Login • Passwordless Email Login Users are responsible for: • Maintaining account confidentiality • Providing accurate information • Protecting login credentials Reyowo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts involved in: • Fake registrations • Fraudulent activity • Misuse of services • Abusive behavior • Copyright infringement • Unauthorized access attempts • Any harmful or illegal activities Multiple accounts created for misuse or abuse of services may be removed. 4. Intellectual Property Rights All content available on Reyowo, including but not limited to: • Courses • Videos • Educational materials • Designs • Logos • Graphics • Books • STEM content • Website/app content is the intellectual property of Reyowo Innovation Space unless otherwise stated. Users may not: • Copy • Reproduce • Sell • Redistribute • Record • Share • Commercially use • Modify any Reyowo content without written permission. Purchased content is provided for personal educational use only. 5. Course & Content Usage Users are not permitted to: • Share purchased courses with others • Upload pirated material • Misuse educational resources • Attempt unauthorized downloads • Reverse engineer platform systems Reyowo may restrict access if misuse is detected. 6. Payments Payments on Reyowo may include: • One-time purchases • Subscription plans • Event registrations • Educational product purchases Payments are processed using secure third-party payment providers including: • BillDesk • Razorpay • Google Play Billing (where applicable) Reyowo does not store users' card or banking details. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. 7. Failed Transactions In cases where: • Payment is deducted but service/product is not received, users may contact Reyowo support with: • Transaction ID • Payment proof • Registered details After verification, Reyowo will provide appropriate support, refund, or resolution based on the situation. 8. Orders & Fraud Prevention Reyowo reserves the right to: • Cancel suspicious transactions • Reject fraudulent orders • Limit access to services • Hold transactions for verification if unusual or unauthorized activity is detected. 9. Events & Bookings Reyowo may: • Reschedule events • Modify event timing • Cancel events when necessary If Reyowo cancels an event, eligible users may receive: • Refunds • Credits • Alternative participation options Event bookings are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by Reyowo. 10. Product Sales & Delivery Reyowo may sell physical educational products including: • STEM kits • Books • Educational materials Currently, deliveries are available only within India. If a product is received damaged, users should contact support within a reasonable time along with: • Order details • Photos of damage Eligible products may be replaced after verification. 11. User Conduct Users agree not to: • Misuse the platform • Create fake accounts • Harass others • Upload malicious content • Attempt hacking or unauthorized access • Violate laws or regulations • Share harmful or abusive material Violation may result in suspension or legal action. 12.
